Bases of the raffle “Yotuel Loves You”

Raffles will take place per month and country. The raffle will take place per country as long as there are at least 20 people registered in each country.
A single entry in the raffle is accepted for each person and e-mail address. The participant declares to be of legal age.

Choice of winners: A random computer process will be carried out whereby 1 winner will be selected in each participating country.
Awarded: The prize of the raffle will be sent to the winner from the offices of the assigned distributor in each country or from third parties on behalf of local distributor in each country.

Participants will be obliged to respond by expressing their acceptance within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of said email. Failure to do so may result in the prize being considered desert, assuming the loss of the right to the prizes of the raffle.

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, your data will be included in a file, named clients, registered in the Register of the Data Protection Agency and responsible for the file is Bio Cosmetics S.L. The purpose of this collection of personal data will be solely to manage the procedures necessary for the maintenance of the contractual relationship. The participant, as holder of the data, consents and authorization to include them in the file previously detailed.

After the monthly raffle, Bio Cosmetics S.L. shall transmit the participation data of the participants to the relevant international distributor, according to the country indicated by the participant in the raffle form. The prize of the raffle will be sent to the winner from the offices of the assigned distributor in each country.

For any question that may arise in the interpretation and fulfillment of the raffle, the parties, with waiver of any jurisdiction that may correspond, are submitted to the Spanish legislation and to the Courts of the city of Madrid.

The mere fact of participating in the raffle supposes the express acceptance of the conditions thereof.

By virtue of the current legislation on Data Protection, we inform you that Bio Cosmetics SL, with its legal address in Spain, Madrid, Calle Araquil, 11 and provided with tax number B80924632, will act as the Data Processing Manager,. This allows us to manage your registration in the contest. Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the proper provision of the service offered. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the consent you provide, the execution of a contract and / or the legitimate interest. In the event that you are located in a country other than the registered office of Bio Cosmetics, S.L., your data may be communicated to the associated distributors of Bio Cosmetics S.L. with the sole purpose of sending and delivering the batch of products in perfect condition.
